Everything was great at this neighboring hotel. Exceptionally nice units with a double bed, a beautiful view, as for instance, and the staff were good. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was incredible, close to the bus station and Main Street, restaurants, bars and the lake and town. Plus, a sulfurous lake was located in the immediate surroundings. No complaints, the venue met requirements.

The suite is brand-new with a lovely view, bar, a double bed. The location is quiet and best possible, 1 km from Polynesian Spa. The hotel is in pretty nice area, very close to near restaurants and shops, and central Rotorua.

the room was good sized and brand-new, equipped with a beautiful view, a double bed plus bar, it accommodated us perfectly. had a roll in shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

I appreciated this great hotel in the centre of the city. The setting of property was marvellous and perfect, in front of the restaurant where everyone could see you. Besides, it was close enough to restaurants, lakefront and centre of Rotorua.

ibis hotel in rotorua exceeded our expectations. the beds were like sleeping in a cloud and the bathroom facilities were perfect. the location near eat street and the waterfront made it convenient for exploring and the range of TV channels was awesome.
